You can pay you rent online or by other means by clicking here.
Your space number is located on your contract (only for customers who began storing their units in 2007) or you can call 909-889-3321 and ask the office staff.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month, however you do have a 10 day grace period.
Any space(s) that have not been paid within the 10 day grace period is subject to late fees.
Late fees are as follows:
10 days late is $10.00 on top of the months rent.
30 days late is $25.00 on top of the months rent.
60 days late is $50.00 on top of the months rent.
90 days late is assumed abandoned and the unit will be lien sold.
Keep in mind that if you pay on an account that is past due you must pay the late fees or the account will still be considered in default. Also each month that is late will have a late fee depending on how far past the rent is due.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday-Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday - 8:30am to 12:30pm
Sunday - CLOSED
